This book is not my usual genre, but I enjoyed the story and would recommend it to others. The book does well with realistic portrayal of human nature and insecurities. I feel the language throughout the dialogue, while realistic, detracts from the content of the conversations. I expected a read about music and career choices but got more of a romance. I look forward to a sequel where April and Andrew find happiness in all aspects of their lives.
